Everything You Need to Know at a Glance
How a Session Works
Arrive
A short conversation, then you make yourself comfortable—lying down or sitting. You do not need to prepare anything or explain anything. Your clothing stays on throughout the entire session.
Let Go
I place my hands on you—over your clothing—and step back. Whatever is ready to release is allowed to do so: at your pace, while you remain in control at all times.
Integrate
Time to notice what remains. The process continues in the days afterwards—further down, you can read how to support it.
Preparing for Your Session
You do not need to know anything, believe anything, or achieve anything. A few simple things can help you open fully to the experience:
Arrive Relaxed.
Allow enough time so that you do not arrive rushed. The calmer you are, the easier it is to let go.
Wear Comfortable, Loose Clothing,
that allows you to move freely and lie or sit comfortably—it stays on throughout the entire session.
About Touch:
It takes place exclusively over your clothing through the gentle placing of hands—never in intimate areas or, for women, on the breasts. We will also discuss this in person before the session so that you can feel completely safe and relax.
Drink Enough Water Beforehand
and eat only a light meal before the session—a full stomach makes it harder to let go.
Avoid Alcohol on the Day of the Session
and other mind-altering substances.
The Most Important Thing: Surrender.
Openness is good—fully entrusting yourself to the process is better. The energy can only work as deeply as you allow it to. This means releasing control, directing nothing, holding nothing back, and not needing to understand anything. Like falling asleep, you cannot force it—you can only allow it. And you are not surrendering to me, but to your own inner being: the intelligence of your body, which knows exactly what is ready to release.
Trust the Possibility.
You do not have to believe in anything—but allow the possibility that change can happen. Your inner attitude matters: Trust opens the process, while constant doubt and control constrict it. Your body knows how to return to balance—give it permission.
Come Without Fixed Expectations.
Every session is different. Whatever wants to reveal itself will do so on its own.
Everything Is Welcome.
Emotions may arise during the session, your body may move, and you may cry, tremble, or release sounds. None of this is wrong—on the contrary, it is a sign that something is releasing. You do not need to feel ashamed of anything or hold anything back.
Turn Off Your Phone,
so that you can be fully present with yourself.
If you are receiving medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, please continue it unchanged. Energy work does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment, but it can complement it well. If in doubt, speak with your doctor or therapist.
After Your Session
The session does not end when you leave the room—the energy remains in your body and continues to work there. During this time, your body is doing inner work: What has released is allowed to move through, and deeper layers may follow. Especially during the first three days, you can consciously support this process:
Give Yourself Rest.
Avoid planning anything strenuous or important after the session if possible. Give yourself time to integrate what you experienced.
Drink Plenty of Water and Eat Enough.
Water is key to helping the body flush out what has released—drink considerably more than usual during these days. And if you are hungrier than normal, give your body plenty of nourishing food with enough protein: The inner work may require more energy than you are used to. These days are not the time for a diet.
Gentle Movement Is Helpful—Strenuous Exercise Is Not, Yet.
A quiet walk in nature, gentle yoga, stretching, Qigong, or Tai Chi can help you settle fully again. Wait about three days before anything that raises your heart rate significantly—running, strength training, or intensive sports: Otherwise, your body diverts energy away from the inner work, and it does not automatically return there afterwards.
Listen to Your Body.
Perhaps you need more sleep, more food, or simply stillness—give it what it asks for.
Allow Emotions to Continue Unfolding.
In the days after a session, further emotions may arise, you may feel more sensitive or dream more intensely. This is a natural part of the process: What has released is now allowed to move through—and sometimes the next layer already begins to reveal itself. This is not a setback, but a sign that the process is continuing. Let it flow instead of holding it back.
Avoid Receiving Any Other Energy or Bodywork for About Three Days.
Massage, Reiki, acupuncture, chiropractic treatment, sound healing, and similar practices can be valuable—but first give your body time to anchor the energy from the session. If another form of energy is introduced during this period, it may confuse your system and disrupt the inner work. Working on others yourself is not a problem—just do not let anyone work on you during these days. It is also best to avoid red-light therapy for this period.
Avoid Alcohol and Other Substances for 2–3 Days,
so that the process can continue undisturbed.
A Warm Bath
(with a little salt, if you like) supports relaxation.
Writing Helps.
If you like, record your experiences and dreams in a notebook—looking back often reveals what has changed.
Your Inner Attitude Matters.
This work does not take anything away from you—it opens a space that you fill yourself. Direct your thoughts, words, and actions towards what you want to experience, rather than continuing to repeat the old story. Practise gratitude—every day, for everything. Take good care of yourself, and treat both yourself and others with kindness. And stay committed—not as a practice for just a few days, but as a way of life.
And if questions arise after the session: Feel free to contact me at any time.
If you experience persistent physical or psychological symptoms after a session, please have them medically assessed. Energy work is not a medical treatment and does not replace a doctor or psychotherapy.
