The Inner Compass
Alongside the energy work, we can include a second element in your session: I connect with your inner guidance—some call it the Higher Self—and receive clear yes-or-no signals in response to questions about your life. You do not need to be here in person: I also offer the Inner Compass online via Google Meet.
Your inner guidance is like a compass: it knows the direction in which your life is flowing and wants nothing but your growth. When you follow it, you move with the flow of your life—decisions become easier, the constant overthinking grows quieter, and a clear “I want to” takes the place of “I really should …”. The answers do not come from me or from your thinking—which is why they often differ from what your ego would prefer: not the comfortable answer, but the one that helps you move forward.
This connection is not something only a few people possess—inner guidance exists within everyone. But when the mind is too loud, you cannot hear it. The quieter you become within, the clearer the connection becomes—and the energy work helps with this too, by releasing layer after layer of what lies over that stillness. I can step back inwardly far enough and come into resonance with you so that I can hear your inner guidance—the same guidance that directs my hands during the energy work to the places where your body is holding on to something. The two are, at their core, one and the same work.
How to Ask Good Questions
In the Here and Now
Your compass does not predict the future—strictly speaking, there is only the present, and that is the only place from which it can answer. So instead of “Will I get married in a year?”, ask: “Do I want to commit to this person?”
Questions About Your Growth
The clearest way to address your Higher Self is with simple “Do I want to …?” questions—the answer will be yes or no. For example: “Do I want this relationship?”—“Do I want to stay in this job?”—“Do I want to take this step now?”—“Do I want to let this go?”—“Do I want to continue on this path?”
Not About Material Things
“Should I buy the red car?”—“Should I choose the more expensive phone?”—“Should I wear the red outfit?”—questions like these do not support growth and only serve the ego. Your Higher Self is indifferent to them, so no clear signal comes through.
Short and Clear
One question, one yes-or-no answer—no compound questions. The clearer the question, the clearer the signal. Take some quiet time to think through your questions beforehand and bring them with you.
The answers do not make the decision for you. They are signals from your own system—I have nothing to do with them; I simply pass them on. What you do with them is entirely your responsibility: weigh things up for yourself, consider the consequences, and then decide—the decision and its consequences always remain yours.
